Meet Pam Masters
In 1985 Pam Masters sold her restaurant in Louisville KY and moved to Fort Lauderdale FL. She received her Florida real estate license in 1987 and became the Real Estate Project Coordinator for a local entrepreneur. After a few years she left real estate to become the co-founder and Director of Enterprise Ambassador USA of Nova Southeastern University, teaching high school students about business and entrepreneurship. Once the program became well established, Pam passed the baton of leadership and returned to real estate.
Broward County has over 30 cities, each having its distinct personality. Pam explains that running a countywide educational program enhanced her understanding of the area and has been particularly beneficial in working with families moving to Greater Fort Lauderdale.
Pam has received distinguished awards such as Coldwell Banker's Sterling Award, Woman of the Year (American Cancer Society). Woman of Distinction (March of Dimes) and Lifetime Commitment Award (Children's Home Society). Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy's International dedicated a chapter to Pam in his book, 'Well Done', called "Win Win Woman".
